

Ingredients
- 1 cob loaf
- 250g cream cheese
- 250g sour cream
- 1/4 cup grated cheese
- 1/4 cup sweet chilli sauce
- 1 tbsp French onion soup
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh chives
- 200g crab meat
- 300g raw prawns (cleaned)
Garnish
- 6x cooked prawns (optional)
- 1 tbsp diced chives
MEthod
- Slice the top off the cob and remove the bread (by hand- gently tear it out) on the inside. Save the removed bread to serve at the end
- Chop the prawns into small pieces and place into a bowl with the crab meat
- Add in the remaining ingredients to the prawns and crab and stir well
- Pour dip into cavity of cob loaf
- Replace the lid on the cob and wrap the whole loaf in foil
- Place into a pre heated oven at 150 degrees and bake for 60-90 minutes
- Allow to cool for 5 minutes, sprinkle the extra chives in the centre and serve with the reserved bread and fresh prawns
