Designed with four micro-cutting edges that taper into an ultra-sharp point, these hooks are perfect for anglers looking for a reliable and efficient hook that can handle tough and boney-jawed fish.

DX Point® hooks are made in Japan from medium gauge high carbon steel wire. They're a suicide / J style hook, with a straight eye and an offset point, perfect for striking when your fish takes the bait.

They're particularly effective when your fishing in shallow water, if the fish aren't feeding hard, or if you like to strike. Referred to as a 'soft bite', the fish will mouth the bait but aren't actively feeding. You can strike the bait and the chemically sharpened point will achieve a solid hook up.

4 MICRO CUTTING EDGES

DX Point® hooks are the sharpest in our range. The 4 micro cutting edges are chemically sharpened to penetrate the jaws of big snapper and dhufish, tough fighting kingfish, and Spanish mackerel. But a word from the wise - keep your fingers away from the point, unless you want to do your own blood test, cos these super sharp hooks will pierce any skin they come into contact with.

PTFE COATED

The PTFE coating makes these hooks extra slick and resistant to rust, which means they retain their sharpness and usability for prolonged periods. The slippery surface also reduces friction, enhancing its penetration ability.
